Research that became
real-world solutions
Each of these programs began as a research study. Translara provided the infrastructure to transform them into scalable, evidence-based digital health interventions.
mySCIPI
mySCIPI (Survivorship Care Intelligence Platform Intervention) is a digital health platform designed for prostate cancer survivors. It helps them monitor their health, manage symptoms, and stay connected with their care team between visits. Built on Intellicare’s modular platform, mySCIPI includes a mobile app, an AI conversation assistant, validated symptom assessment tools, and a longitudinal analytics dashboard, allowing researchers to study survivorship in real-world settings.
MyCaregiver Circle
MyCaregiver Circle is a digital platform designed with nursing researchers to alleviate caregiver burden and enhance resilience. It provides a safe space for family caregivers managing the challenges of supporting loved ones with serious illnesses. Intellicare powers features like peer support, an AI chat assistant, training programs, and self-assessment tools, allowing researchers to evaluate the effects of peer connections and structured education on caregiver wellbeing.
GoHomegrown
GoHomegrown is a digital program that empowers caregivers in health management and promotes family-centered practices. Based on community health research, it enhances health equity by improving health literacy, behavior change skills, and social support within households. Intellicare supplies GoHomegrown with a mobile platform, educational resources, goal-tracking tools, and community discussions, all featuring AI-driven content tailored to each family’s needs and cultural context.
VITALSS
VITALSS (Virtual Intelligent Technology for Advanced Long-term Survivorship Support) is a platform aimed at improving the long-term wellbeing of cancer survivors through virtual peer support, structured education, and ongoing quality-of-life monitoring. The Intellicare platform allows VITALSS researchers to conduct large-scale survivorship studies by connecting remote participants in a virtual community, gathering patient-reported outcomes, and offering AI-driven education and guidance.
